Admission Rules

The date of admission to BA/BSc General Degree Course in the college shall be notified in accordance wiht directive issued by the University of Jammu. Candidates seeking admission will be required to fill in the prescibed admission form available in the college on cash payment of Rs. 50/- aling with the required docmnets and admission fee before the last date.
Eligibilty:-
1. A student who has passed Higher Secondary Part-II Examination (12th Class) of the J&K Board of School Education or an examination recognized as its equivalent by the University of Jammu is eligible for admission to B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/BBA Semester -I.
2. The wards of state or central Govt. Employees posted in Mahanpur Tehsil can be given admission subject to the availability of seats.

Documents Required For Admission

Documents required for students who have passed from an institution affiliated to J&K State Board of School Education seeking admission to B.A.

Marks Card of 12 th Class (in original) and three photo copies.
Provisional Certificate (in original)
Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution in original last attended (in original)
In case of a private candidate, the Character Certificate should be signed by 1 st Class Magistrate / S.H.O. of the police station of the area where residing at present.
Date of Birth Certificate (in original) along with three photocopies.
Passport size photographs (five copies)
Reserve Category Certificate from the competent authority, as per SRO 294/126 in original along with two photocopies.
Aaadhar Card.

Document required for the students who have passed from CBSE/ other than J&K BOSE for admission to B.A.

Marks Card of 10 th Class (in original) and three photo copies.
Marks Card of 12 th Class (in original) and three photo copies.
Provisional Certificate (in original).
Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution in original last attended (in original).
Date of Birth Certificate (in original) along with three photocopies.
Passport size photographs (five copies).
Migration Certificate (in original) along with three photocopies.
Transfer Certificate (in original) along with three photocopies.
Aaadhar Card.

Note:Admission committee will check the admission forms along with all the enclosures for granting admission.
